Rule 761-425.30 - Motor truck display permit

Application for a permit under Iowa Code subsection 322.5(4) shall be made on aform prescribed by the department. The application shall include information or documentation showing that the nonresident motor vehicle dealer is eligible for issuance of a permit and that the event meets the statutory conditions for permit issuance.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code subsection 322.5(4).
