Rule 761-425.1 - Introduction(1) This chapter applies to the licensing of motor vehicle and towable recreational vehicle dealers, manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers. Also included in this chapter are the criteria for the issuance and use of dealer plates.(2) The vehicle and motor carrier services bureau administers this chapter. Applications required by the chapter shall be submitted to the vehicle and motor carrier services bureau.b.
