Rule 761-401.8 - Medal of Honor plates
(1) Application for Medal of Honor plates shall be submitted to the department in a manner prescribed by the department. The applicant shall attach a copy of the official government document verifying receipt of the medal of honor.
(2) Medal of Honor plates are limited to five characters. Personalized plates are not available.
