Rule 761-401.1 - Definition

"Special registration plates" means those registration plates issued under Iowa Code sections 321.34 and 321.105 other than regular or sample plates. Special registration plates shall be issued in accordance with Iowa Code sections 321.34 and 321.105, this chapter of rules, and other applicable provisions of law.
