Rule 761-165.33 - Noncompliance

The department may revoke funding commitments, seek repayment of funds already reimbursed, or take both actions if:

(1) The terms of the project agreement have not been fulfilled.

(2) An agreement has not been signed within six months after the project sponsor receives the signature copy.

(3) The department finds that the application contained inaccuracies, omissions, errors or misrepresentations.

(4) The time schedule for project completion was misrepresented or has not been maintained.

(5) The authority fails to comply with subrule 165.22(2), paragraph"f."
