Rule 761-165.23 - Application procedure

(1) All applications for funding shall be complete. The department reserves the right to return an incomplete application to the applicant without further consideration for funding. An applicant may then submit a completed application for the next available funding cycle.

(2) An application that is considered but not funded in one funding cycle may be resubmitted by the applicant for consideration in the next cycle.

(3) An applicant may withdraw an application at any time.
