Rule 761-911.5 - Adoption of federal regulations

(1)Code of Federal Regulations. The department of transportation adopts the following portions of the October 1, 2023, Code of Federal Regulations, which are referenced throughout this chapter:

a. 49 CFR Part 38, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Accessibility Specifications for Transportation Vehicles.

b. 49 CFR Part 571, Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.

c. 49 CFR Part 655, Prevention of Alcohol Misuse and Prohibited Drug Use in Transit Operations.

(2)Obtaining copies of regulations. Copies of these regulations are available from the state law library or online through the U.S. Government Publishing Office at www.ecfr.gov.
