Rule 761-524.9 - Safety self-certification

All motor carriers shall follow the safety regulations as stated in 761-Chapter 520 concerning operation, maintenance and inspection of vehicles used in the business. Motor carriers shall submit on a form prescribed by the department a self-certification stating knowledge, understanding and willingness to follow these safety regulations.
