Rule 761-524.17 - Suspension, revocation or reinstatement

The department may suspend or revoke a motor carrier permit or certificate for a violation of Iowa Code chapter 325A or this chapter. The suspension or revocation shall continue until the motor carrier is no longer in violation and the reinstatement fee is paid. A new permit or certificate shall be issued upon reinstatement.
