Rule 761-520.8 - Planting and harvesting period

In accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 395.1(k), the planting and harvesting period pertaining to agricultural operations is January 1 through December 31.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 321.449 and 321.450.
