Rule 761-511.19 - Towing units

The towing unit shall be a truck or truck tractor with dual wheels and with a gross vehicle weight rating of at least 10,000 pounds when towing mobile homes or loads exceeding 10,000 pounds.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 321.457.
