Rule 761-500.17 - Duplicate credentials

The fees for duplicate credentials are as follows:

(1) A replacement cab card is $3.

(2) A replacement plate including the cab card is $8.

(3) If applicable, a mailing fee will also be assessed based on the number of plates or cab cards being issued.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 326.22.
