Information and forms pertaining to driverless-capable vehicle exemptions and vehicle registration and operational restrictions issued by the department or a county treasurer for a driverless-capable vehicle may be obtained in the form and manner prescribed by the department by mail from the Motor Vehicle Division, Iowa Department of Transportation, P.O. This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 17A.3.
