Rule 761-301.2 - Adoption

The department adopts the Driver's Privacy Protection Act of 1994 ( 18 U.S.C. § 2721 et seq.) for motor vehicle records.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 321.11 and 18 U.S.C. § 2721 et seq.
