Rule 761-13.6 - [Effective 2/12/2025] Motion for review

The director may, on the director's own motion, review the presiding officer's decision. The motion for review is subject to the same time limits as an appeal from a presiding officer's decision. If there is a motion for review, paragraphs 13.5(3)"g" and "h" apply.
