Rule 761-13.11 - [Effective until 2/12/2025] Use of legal assistants or paralegals

The department may be represented by legal assistants or paralegals at contested case hearings.

These authorized legal assistants or paralegals shall be under the supervision of attorneys from the department's general counsel.
