Rule 761-630.1 - General information

(1) The department shall issue a nonoperator's identification card only to an Iowa resident who does not have a driver's license. However, a card may be issued to a person holding a temporary permit under Iowa Code section 321.181.

(2) Information concerning the nonoperator's identification card is available at any driver's license service center or at the address in 761-600.2 (17A).
