Rule 761-607.6 - Exemptions

(1)Persons exempt. A person listed in Iowa Code section 321.176A is exempt from commercial driver licensing requirements.

(2)Exempt until April 1, 1992. Rescinded IAB 6/23/93, effective 7/28/93.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 321.1 and 321.176A.
