To reinstate a commercial driver's license after completion of a period of disqualification, a person shall appear at a driver's license service center. The person must also meet the vision standards for licensing, pass the applicable knowledge test(s) and the skills test, and pay the required reinstatement fee and the fees for a new license.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 321.191 and 321.208.
