Rule 761-605.3 - Persons exempt

(1) Persons listed in Iowa Code section 321.176 are exempt from driver's licensing requirements.

(2) "Nearby" in Iowa Code section 321.176(2) shall mean a distance of not more than two miles.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 321.176.
