Rule 761-605.1 - Scope

This chapter of rules applies to the issuance of all Iowa driver's licenses. Additional information on the issuance of a commercial driver's license or a commercial learner's permit is given in 761-Chapter 607.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 321.174.
