A person whose license has been suspended or denied for failure to pass a required examination or reexamination shall meet the vision standards for licensing, pass the required knowledge examination(s), and pass the required driving test(s) before an Iowa license will be issued.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 321.177 and 321.186.
