Rule 761-602.4 - Definitions of immediate family

(1) A "member of the permittee's immediate family" as used in Iowa Code subsection 321.180(1) means the permittee's parent or guardian or a brother, sister or other relative of the permittee who resides at the permittee's residence.

(2) A "member of the permittee's immediate family" as used in Iowa Code section 321.180B, subsections 1 and 2, means a brother, sister or other relative of the permittee who resides at the permittee's residence.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 321.180 and 321.180B.
