The definitions in Iowa Code section 321.1 and the following definitions apply to the rules in 761-Chapters 600 to 699.
"Director of the driver and identification services bureau" includes the bureau director's designee.
"License" means "driver's license" as defined in Iowa Code section 321.1(20A) unless the context otherwise requires.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 321.1.
