Rule 761-716.7 - Project application and review

(1) Each airport shall submit an application with the project or projects it intends to accomplish with the allocated funding. The completed application shall include the information and documents identified in the application instructions. The complete application shall be submitted to the department according to the annual application instructions.

(2) The department shall review projects for eligibility and recommend projects and funding levels to the transportation commission. Funding criteria are included in application instructions provided to airport sponsors.

(3) The transportation commission is responsible for approving the projects to be funded.
