Rule 751-7.9 - Use or access for U.S. Post Office employees

U.S. Post Office employees acting under a contractual pilot or demonstration project may use or access the voice, data, and video services of the network including Internet access if the use or access is part of an authorized or contractual pilot or demonstration project.
