Rule 751-5.16 - Background and informational statements

Bidders may be required to describe their organizational structure, to identify key personnel and to submit personnel to criminal history checks and background investigations. Any changes in key personnel during the bidding process or during the contract term must be reported to the commission before the change occurs.
