Rule 751-4.1 - Scope and applicability

This chapter applies to contested case proceedings conducted by the Iowa telecommunications and technology commission. Contested cases generally include, but are not limited to, appeals of administrative orders issued by the executive director and the withdrawal of an authorized user's right to use the service offered by the commission.
