Rule 721-27.3 - Eligibility and requirements

(1) Any Iowa county is eligible to receive funds.

(2) For each grant program, the secretary will develop the requirements and criteria for awards and publish the information on the secretary's Web sitewww.sos.state.ia.us. In addition, the secretary will also notify each county of grant programs.
