Rule 721-25.12 - Waiver of procedures

Unless otherwise precluded by law, the parties in a complaint proceeding may waive any provision of this chapter. However, the presiding officer in the presiding officer's discretion may refuse to give effect to such a waiver when the presiding officer deems the waiver to be inconsistent with the public interest.
