Rule 721-24.3 - Duties of the state commissioner of elections

(1) Before the general election, the state commissioner of elections shall provide a form and instructions for reporting unofficial election results.

(2) The state commissioner shall tabulate unofficial election results, as the results are received from the county commissioners of elections, and shall make available to the public periodic reports of the results.
