The state commissioner shall create and maintain training materials for poll workers relating to voter identification and the use of electronic poll books. The training materials shall be available from the state commissioner's Web site.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 48A.7A as amended by 2017 Iowa Acts, House File 516, section 16.
