Rule 721-9.8 - Action on petition

(1) Within the time allowed by 1998 Iowa Acts, chapter 1202, section 13(5), after receipt of a petition for a declaratory order, the secretary or designee shall take action on the petition as required by 1998 Iowa Acts, chapter 1202, section 13(5).

(2) The date of issuance of an order or of a refusal to issue an order means the date of mailing of the order or date of delivery if service is by other means unless another date is specified in the order.
