Rule 701-73.34 - Unreasonable hardship

In order to avoid any unreasonable hardship to a claimant, the director may review the facts and circumstances of the claim as set forth by the claimant. The director may investigate all factors related to the specific case as deemed appropriate by the director If the director is satisfied that the claim qualifies as an undue hardship for the claimant, the claim will be approved by the director

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 42537..
