Rule 701-24.7 - Certificate of noncompliance to licensing authority
(1) The unit shall issue a certificate of noncompliance to any appropriate licensing authority as required by Iowa Code section 272D.7.
(2) The suspension, revocation, or denial shall be effective no sooner than 30 days following the date of notice to the person.
