Rule 701-2.14 - Members participating

All appeals shall be heard by a minimum of two members of the state board. Orders and decisions shall be signed by one member of the board and shall name participating members. Decisions shall affirm, modify, remand, or reverse the decision, order, or directive from which an appeal was made. A majority decision by the state board shall govern and control. Written dissenting decisions may be filed.
