Rule 681-4.32 - Administration of rules

The president of the university shall be responsible for the proper administration of these rules. The president is authorized to establish traffic and parking procedures not inconsistent with these rules as may be reasonably necessary and convenient for the effective administration of the duties hereunder, and any procedure so established shall be published and available for public inspection during the normal business hours in the office of the manager and the office of the board of regents, state of Iowa. The document in which such rules are published shall be known as the Department of Public Safety Parking Division Manual. The president may delegate the authority under these rules to the manager to perform any function or duty hereunder.
