Rule 661-89.105 - Release of information

Prevention and education materials and program information filed with the clearinghouse for review are open records. Information received by the department that pertains to a missing person, other than criminal investigative data, shall be open records unless deemed confidential pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 22, 692 or 694, or other provision of law.
