The provisions of this chapter apply solely to buildings, structures, and facilities currently being used and those being proposed to be used in the specific ways described in this chapter. All other buildings, structures, and facilities in which people congregate are subject to the provisions of 661-Chapter 201 or 661-Chapter 205.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code chapter 100.
