The provisions of this chapter apply to all buildings, structures and facilities that are subject to the jurisdiction of the state fire marshal unless the building, structure, or facility is subject to the provisions of 661-Chapter 202, 661-Chapter 205, 661-Chapter 221, or 661-Chapter 231.
