Rule 657-7.2 - Pharmacist in charge

One professionally competent, legally qualified pharmacist in charge in each pharmacy shall be responsible for, at a minimum, the responsibilities identified in rule 657-8.3 (155A). Where 24-hour operation of the pharmacy is not feasible, a pharmacist shall be available on an "on call" basis.
