Rule 657-5.22 - Delegation of nontechnical functions

A pharmacist may delegate nontechnical functions to an appropriately trained and registered pharmacy support person, but only if the pharmacist is present to supervise the pharmacy support person when delegated functions are performed, except as provided in rule 657-6.7 (124,155A) or 657-7.6(155A), as appropriate.
