The purpose of this chapter is to establish the minimum standards for the programs and activities identified in this chapter. These rules shall apply to all licensed pharmacists, other registered pharmacy personnel, and all pharmacies, including owners, engaged in the state of Iowa in the programs and activities identified in this chapter. These rules are in addition to rules of the board relating to the practice of pharmacy unless otherwise indicated by rule.
