Rule 657-37.22 - Information errors

Any person who believes that PMP information is erroneous shall notify the pharmacy or dispensing practitioner. Upon notification of a potential error in PMP information, the pharmacy or dispensing practitioner shall promptly correct erroneous information in the record.
