Rule 657-36.16 - License, permit, or registration denial

Any request for a hearing before the board concerning the denial of a license, permit, or registration shall be submitted by the applicant in writing to the board by certified mail, return receipt requested, within 30 days of a mailing of a notice of denial of license, permit, or registration.
