Rule 657-28.1 - Applicability

Except to the extent otherwise expressly provided by statute, all rules adopted by the board of pharmacy, hereinafter referred to as "board," are subject to the provisions of Iowa Code chapter 17A, the Iowa administrative procedure Act, and the provisions of this chapter.
