An Internet pharmacy shall not disclaim, limit, or waive any liability to which the pharmacy otherwise is subject under law for the act or practice of selling, dispensing, distributing, or delivering prescription products to any patient in Iowa based on the patient's submission of the purchase order or refill request for the prescription product through an Internet site or by e-mail.
