Rule 657-19.7 - Confidential data

Pursuant to rule 657-8.3 (155A), each nonresident pharmacy shall have policies and procedures to ensure patient confidentiality and to protect patient identity and patient-specific information from inappropriate or nonessential access, use, or distribution pursuant to the requirements of rule 657-8.16(124,155A).
