Rule 657-10.42 - Additional precursor substances

Pursuant to Iowa Code section 124B.2(2), the list of precursor substances identified in Iowa Code section 124B.2(1) is amended by adding the following new paragraph:

ab. Alpha-phenylacetoacetonitrile and its salts, optical isomers, and salts of optical isomers. Other name: APAAN.
