Rule 657-10.40 - Excluded and exempt substances

The Iowa board of pharmacy hereby excludes from all schedules the current list of "Excluded Nonnarcotic Products" identified in Title 21, CFR Part 1308, Section 22. With the exception of listed butalbital products, the board hereby excludes from all schedules the current list of "Exempted Prescription Products" described in Title 21, CFR Part 1308, Section 32. Copies of such lists may be obtained by written request to the board office at 400 S.W. Eighth Street, Suite E, Des Moines, Iowa 50309-4688.
